If trails or camping is called of at the last moment due to natural calamity/ unforseen circumstances. We will issue a full voucher to participants which they can use in any of our camps or trails in future.

Cancellation charges are like:-

• 5-7 days before of booking date 20% Cancellation charges deducted from your booking amount.
• 4-3 days before of booking date 50% Cancellation charges deducted from your booking amount.
• 1 days before or booking date no refund.

Rescheduling charges are like:-

• 4-5 days before of booking date 20% Rescheduling charges deducted from your booking amount.
• 1-3 days before of booking date 50% Rescheduling charges deducted from your booking amount.
